Here are a few pictures that seemingly go together. I guess I like small pieces of people exposed but not all of them... and mostly no faces either.

My college photography teacher/mentor once told me of a time that he thought might come, a time where video and photography stop being two different fields. He predicted that a still camera would be able to do everything, and that we would no longer have the fine line that keeps photography and video separate. Well I have some bad news for him, I am awaiting shipment of a canon 7D and could not be more excited. Sure a lot of photography is about capturing the "moment" but I feel that street vignettes in video form, is the future of photog/video. Almost in a Harry Potter picture type manner, do I see galleries of the future displaying their goods. One would see a single tear drop playing in a loop. Some man sitting on a cardboard box slices through a watermelon with just one cleave. These are "moments" while they are not a split second, they in themselves are selective over what is seen, It is no more or less of an art form, there are just as many if not more variables to be selected, than in a still frame. But I digress, I hope the canon gets here soon (especially if the yanks win and there is a parade).

1. Ride all the carousels(done)

2. eat all the spiedies(done)

3. get more tattoos(done)

4. get the underground film/photo movement started(trying still)

5. shoot a short with actors from the theatre department and writing form the english department (never happened/never will happen onto non college people now)

6. get a motorcycle (done)

7. get own pet of some sort (not for at least 2 years)

8. through hike the appalachan trail (not for at least a year, but still planning on it)

9. get my ass back to camp and work there one more time (spoke of it, but not in the immediate future)

10.get in more time on the bike (done)

11 shoot a feature film (not done and not looking soon)

12 act in a feature film (done)

13 work on another independent movie (done)

14 work on a hollywood movie (not done)

15 visit china again this time with a camera (plans looked like I might go back, but tickets not bought)

16 develope color photography (did'nt happen, not looking like its going to happen soon, as i work right next to manhattan color labs and they do a nice job with my negs)

17 run a triathalon (not happening soon, seen me recently)

18 cut my hair (did it last summer (13 inches of it at least), but its grown back))

19 EUROPE (went cross country instead)

20 horseback camping(when i have money)

21 drive across america with no money(did it)

22 write a book(started to then I stopped)

23 write a screenplay (just shorts)

24 write a stageplay(nope)

25 publish a journal (nope)

26 publish a chapbook (still write poetry but not very publishy with it)

27 write a whole alblum worth of music( have about 6 whole song done, but not mastered and I dont play insturments)

28 learn the drums (I tried, but its hard)

29 master the trumpet (havent pulled it out in a few years)

30 direct produce act in or write something that is syndicated (COMMING SOON!)

31 do stand up comedy and get paid for it even if its bad(won one prize and I think I might try an open mic in nyc)

32 have to travel for business(happening soon!)

33 NOT WORK BEHIND A DESK UNLESS I REALLY LIKE IT (I work behind a desk, but I do like it editing)

34 travel alot(not as much as i want)

35 fly a plane (not soon)

36 drive right hand drive (not soon)

37 own my own piece of property somewhere( too poor)

38 canoe down a large river that takes several days (not yet... if i lose my job maybe)

39 carve a longbow (i live in queens now, all my tools are far away)

40 survive (good so far)

41 finish this list and complete all objectives (its a long list ill try)

42 Go hele snowboarding or sking in Alaska(maybe soon)

43 climb one of the high moutains (Everest, K2,) (gotta start getting trained again)

44 drive cross country but really really slow (did it)

45 Invent something usefull (not yet)

46 learn HTML, for real (still toying with it)

47 Become a falconer and get either an owl or a falcon (need to own property first)

48 bike more then 200 miles in one trip (not yet)

49 Have a Child (i dont think i did this yet (tough guy grunt)

50 Raise a Child(see above)

51 Finish College (YEAH I DID THIS)

52 Live in a different city besides New York for a period more then one year (not yet)

53 Restore a classic car (working on a 76 cb750)

54 Learn Chinese (its such a hard thing to do)

55 Learn a new musical instrument (Started to Dabble in Ukulele)

56 Speak at a graduation/significant event (Well not yet)

57 Get an honorary degree from some college (not yet or not soon either)

58 Beat someone up (Not more then a few punches or scuffle)

59 Learn shorthand writing (computers became mobile)

60 be homeless for an extended amount of time (MIGHT happen soon)

61 Got to Australia(not yet :( )

62 get solo time in an aeroplane(i dont even have non solo time in an aeroplane yet)

63. obtain canon 7d

64. Get a Jack Russel Terrier

65. Climb all 46 high peaks in the ADK

66. get a mac desktop

67. start my own business

68. finish designing my website

69. grow a legitimate beard

70. Teach a class on something

71. win a film festival

72. step on every continent by the time I am 30

73.Travel the Inca trail before they close it
